Carol and Richard recently requested a compete system upgrade from Radleys in May 2019. This was undertaken as part of a site-wide system upgrade. Installation was co-ordinated with Accubook, providers of Guest Diary, a cloud based reservation system. All room charges are now posted live from the POS system to their management platform and the improvement in efficiency was well worth the investment made.
