We promise never to use AI to screen your support requests or provide support. All support we provide is human. We too have wasted countless hours in our lives getting chatbot support so we can’t foist it on our customers!
Radleys provide support with a difference. We have a team of skilled IT support technicians based in Ireland who can provide prompt support. We even operate a 24 hour emergency support service to our customer base as we know that problems happen outside of office hours and that is when you need us to be available to help. This support is provided by our Irish support centre.
Our office is manned from 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). However, we always have a member of our team available for emergency out-of-hours support.
For emergency support, please phone 021 496 6740 (available 24/7, 365 days a year). Emergencies are classified as something that is affecting your ability to trade. Being unable to print reports or requiring till rolls do not qualify as out of hours emergency.
Similarly if you require menu programming or price changing we do not provide those services outside of office hours. Please email in your programming requests and we will get to them as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 working days for menu changes to go live.
