We have a core support team based in Cork city and provide emergency 24 hour cover to our client base. Our customers can rest assured that if they have need help outside business hours, a member of the Radleys team will be there to help. We don’t rely on support being provided by an external company. Once your call has been received by our call centre, if your call is urgent you will receive a callback from our on-call engineer. If your site needs an onsite visit, one of our team will get to you. It is this level of customer service out customers expect and it is how we differentiate ourselves from PoS providers who are only interested in their monthly fee.
